An SEO & AI visibility platform for sale
A complete, production-ready SEO and client reporting platform built for agencies — with AI visibility tracking already shipped and running.
Brand visibility across five leading AI assistants and Google AI Overviews, on top of a mature rank tracking, audit, content, social and client reporting suite.
Tracks brand visibility across
All in one 360° client report
Organic, paid and social performance for every client, on your branding, sent on a schedule.
AI visibility tracking, already built
Search is moving into AI assistants, and brands need to know whether those assistants mention them. This platform already measures it — the part a buyer cannot pick up off the shelf.
AI Visibility Tracker
A single visibility score for a brand across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and DeepSeek, with competitor comparison and the trend over time.
AI Search
Whether those assistants recommend a brand when asked, how they describe it, and which competitors they name instead.
AI Overview Tracker
Whether Google's AI Overviews cite a site for its keywords, and which sources they quote in its place.
Two independent data paths, merged
- A prompt engine that queries five leading AI models live for every tracked prompt, isolating each provider so one outage cannot break a run.
- A licensed AI-mentions feed covering real assistant answers, aggregated by platform and by the source domains those answers cite.
Built to run unattended
- A daily job refreshes visibility; mention data refreshes monthly.
- Cache-first snapshots keep paid data calls predictable instead of scaling with page views.
- Tracked prompts are already a metered billing tier, so the feature earns revenue on day one.
Buy the system, skip the year of building it
Recurring revenue, a platform that runs without supervision, and a year of engineering already done. The buyer inherits a working business rather than a starting point.
What building this again would mean
- —~69,000 lines of code across 399 files
- —A 105-model database schema with years of tracking history
- —11 OAuth integrations, each with its own review process
- —Metered subscription billing in 5 currencies
- —16 fully translated languages
- —A scheduling and queue backbone running 17 recurring jobs
- —Then months of hardening before it is safe to charge for
What is on the table instead
- All of it, already written and in production
- Paying subscribers on recurring billing
- AI visibility shipped while the category is still forming
- A public site indexed across ~480 localized URLs
- Deploys, backups and scheduling already automated
- A handover from the person who built it
Recurring revenue, and it stays
Figures from live production billing and usage — not projections. Full financials are shared with serious buyers under NDA.
Subscribers stay
Subscriptions have run an average of 25 months, with three cancellations in that time. For a product in this category that is unusual, and it is the single best predictor of what a new owner inherits.
It runs itself
Delivery is fully automated — data collection, analysis and client reporting all run on a schedule. No account management is required to keep the revenue coming in.
Costs are known
Every paid API call is logged with its cost, so the margin above is measured rather than estimated — and a buyer can verify it line by line during diligence.
Margin is after the direct cost of serving each account — search data, AI queries and infrastructure. Overheads are excluded.
What the platform is made of
A mature SEO suite underneath
The AI layer sits on a complete toolset that stands on its own — which is what makes the AI tracking sellable rather than a demo.

Built for agencies from the database up
Multi-tenancy and white-labelling were designed in, not retrofitted — the part of a platform that is hardest to add once it has customers.
Account, project and client tiers
Three levels of tenancy with per-project membership and a tested visibility policy.
Role-based access
Owners, team members and clients each see only what they should.
White-label branding
Both the agency and its clients can have their own branding in the system, applied through to scheduled client emails.
Per-client reporting
Each recipient has their own cadence, layout, sections and language.
One service, not a sprawl
A deliberately small operational footprint: a single containerized service on a managed cloud platform, with scripted deploys and automated scheduling.
Modern stack
- React with server-side rendering
- Type-safe database access
- Component library and design system
- Unit tests over the billing and access rules
Operations
- Container builds and scripted deploys
- Managed Postgres with private networking
- Secrets in managed storage, none in code
- Task queues and 17 scheduled jobs
Data
- 105 models covering every domain
- Ranking history partitioned by year
- Snapshot caching to control API spend
- Object storage behind a CDN
What's included
Where a new owner takes it
Stated plainly, including the work that is still open.
Lead with AI visibility
The category is forming now. The tracking is built, the marketing has barely started, and the metered prompt tier is ready to carry it.
Finish the integrations surface
The connections, data services and endpoints exist for every provider; the in-app connect screens are the remaining work. Honest, contained scope.
Sell the agency tier harder
White-label reporting and client access are the features agencies pay most for, and they are already built and running.
Use the multilingual SEO surface
~480 indexable pages across 16 languages, plus a per-language content library, already deployed as a distribution asset.
Run your own agency on it
An agency buyer can move its own clients onto the platform and retire whatever it pays for rank tracking, audits and client reporting today — the saving offsets a good part of the purchase on its own.
Open the markets already translated
The product and the public site are fully localized in 16 languages, so entering a new market is a marketing decision rather than a development project.

Samuel Sylvander
Founder
I have spent more than 25 years in internet marketing, and founded this company in 2012 to make SEO workable for agencies and business owners rather than only for specialists.
I architected and wrote the current platform myself: a ground-up rebuild that merged four separate legacy systems — the API, the logged-in app, the public site and the audit service — into the single service being sold here.
That means the handover comes from the person who knows every part of it. A transition period is included, and I am open to a longer consulting arrangement if a buyer wants one.
Why I am selling: I am going after a childhood dream and building a game, triberion.io. It deserves my full attention, and so does this platform — so I would rather hand it to someone who can give it their full attention than split mine. Nothing about the business itself prompted the sale.

Questions buyers ask first
What is the asking price?
Available on request. Serious enquiries receive the figure along with the financial detail.
What are the revenue figures?
Recurring revenue, customer churn and gross margin are published above. Customer numbers, individual contracts and the full profit and loss are shared with serious buyers under NDA.
Which providers does the platform use?
The data, AI, payment and infrastructure providers are disclosed under NDA. All are standard, commercially available services on ordinary commercial terms.
Why is it being sold?
I am going after a childhood dream and building a game, triberion.io. It deserves my full attention, and so does this platform — so I would rather hand it to someone who can give it their full attention than split mine. Nothing about the business itself prompted the sale.
Is help available after the handover?
Yes. A transition period is included, and a longer consulting arrangement can be agreed if a buyer wants one.
What does a buyer need to run it?
One competent full-stack developer. It is a single containerized service with scripted deploys and automated scheduling — not a fleet of microservices.
